| 摘 要： | 公共图书馆是一种社会组织形式的存在,是整个社会的一部分。它具有独特的结构、内容和特征,还受社会政治、经济、文化和教育等因素影响,因此,图书馆的公共性以及围绕公共性所带来的问题成为人们关注的焦点。我国公共图书馆的公共性及机制存在困境,存在着公共图书馆的实体稀缺、空间分布不均衡、主体沟通平台缺失、公共精神和规则失落等问题,在一定程度上影响着公共图书馆的健康发展。

| Abstract: | The public library is a form of social organization exists and it is also part of the community. It not only has unique structure, content and features but also it is affected by factors such as social, political, economic and cultural and educational. Therefore, the public library and around the public problem became the focus of attention. Our country ＇s public libraries have got predicament in publicity and mechanism, got problems like entity scarce public libraries, uneven spatial distribution, missing the main communication platform, public spirit and rules of the lost. These problems affect the healthy development of the public libraries. |
