| 摘 要： | 在危机管理的各个环节,如危机研究、准备、预控、识别与预警、处理、恢复总结等都包含着知识流的融合与分散。通过危机研究,积累危机应对的知识。危机准备的关键是预案、专家组、危机意识、危机处理的知识技能方面准备。危机处理是危机知识应用的关键环节。在危机管理的整个过程中,都涉及危机决策,危机决策同样是危机知识应用的重要体现。
