| 摘 要： | 本文对在苏州区域经济发展环境下,该地区对外语人才的质量需求方面进行了较为全面深入的调研和分析,了解苏州企业对外语人才的素质和能力等方面的质量需求状况,分析社会对外语人才的期待与展望,拟为地方院校的外语人才培养提供可靠的依据以形成有地方特色的外语人才培养方案,使得地方院校的外语教学能与区域经济发展相结合,为苏州区域经济建设服务。

| Abstract: | carrying on the in- depth research and analysis on the quality requirements of foreign language talents,this article tries to make clear the demands of market and enterprises for the quality and ability of foreign language talents. It also analyzes the social expectation and prospect for foreign language talent in Suzhou,so that it can provide reliable basis for local colleges and universities for making foreign language talent training scheme. Thus,the local colleges and universities can combine their foreign language teaching with regional economic development and serve the social development of Suzhou. |
