| 摘 要： | 神经伦理学是神经科学技术与生命伦理学之间的一门交叉学科。学科起源于对神经科技史上一些失误所导致的严重社会影响的一连串讨论,包括前额叶皮质切除术和颅相学。当前神经伦理学刚刚展开成建制的学术化研究,并在社会政策方面产生作用,因而具有非常积极的社会意义。在学术界内部,神经伦理学的研究内容和基本原则是进行讨论的起点,也是研究者当前的主要任务。

| Abstract: | Neuroethics is an interdisciplinary field of study involving both the ethics of neuroscience and the neuro- science of ethics or bioethics. Neuroethics encompasses the myriad of ways in which developments in basic and clinical neuroscience intersect with social and ethical issues. Neuroethics as a discipline originated from a series of debates and discussions in the wake of the serious social consequences resulting from some human errors in the history of neural science and technology, including the prefrontal cortical resection and phrenology. Current neuroethics has only recently been institutionalized and academic studies in this regard are underway. Neuroethics plays a positive role in shaping social policies. To the academic community, probing into the contents and basic principles of neuroethics remains a pressing task. |
