| 摘 要： | 分析基于工作过程导向的职业教育理论和有效教学涵义的教学理论,从转变教育理念,提升自身素养、构建有效的课堂教学环境、进行有效的教学设计、开展有效的课堂管理、选择合理的教学方法和贯彻有效的教学评价等六个方面提出高职英语教师的有效教学策略。
