摘    要:IGF-I是一种单链碱性多肽,无论是在活体内还是对离体培养的组织和细胞均能表现出多种生物学功能.笔者对IGF-I的性质,临床应用、上市产品及其不同来源的分离纯化工艺、发展前景与存在问题进行了综述,并指出研究IGF-I的长期作用效果以避免副作用的产生、改进传统的复杂提纯工艺、提高产品质量降低成本,逐渐形成IGF-I这种高附加值产品的产业化的发展方向.

Research Progress of Isolation and Purification of IGF-I
Abstract:IGF-I is a sort of single basic polypeptide, which can have biological functions in vivo or in cells and tissues cultured in vitro. In this paper, the properties, the clinical application, the products, the isolation and purification of IGF-I from different sources, the development and problems were reviewed. The tendency of developing the technology is to make a long-time research to avoid side-effects, to improve traditional methods so as to increase the product quality,lower the costs and gradually achieve the industrialization of IGF-I.
