| 摘 要： | 本文报道几种卟啉试剂键合硅胶的合成并研究了它们对蛋白质的吸附行为 .结果表明meso -四苯基卟啉键合硅胶 (TPP·SG)对人清白蛋白 (HSA)的最大吸附量为 13 .4mg/g ,最大吸附率达 92 % ,吸附平衡时间为 60min .

| Abstract: | This paper reports the synthetic methods of silica gel bonded by porphyrin reagents and studies on adsorption behavier for HSA and r-IgG.The results show that the absorption of HSA by TPP·SG is the best,the maximum adsorbing capacity being 13.4mg/g and the maximum retention being 92%. |
