| 摘 要： | 分配制度的变化是影响城镇居民收入差距的原因之一，通过透视我国分配制度的演变历程，分析分配制度创新、制度缺陷和政府调控能力等方面对城镇居民收入差距的影响，并从缩小收入差距的因素进行分析，努力探索新的分配形式和政策调控措施来缩小收入差距。
