| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济体制框架结构的不断完善,全球经济的不断扩张,中小企业的财务战略管理的重要地位也越来越显现,中小企业如何实现企业的可持续发展,已成为社会关注的问题.中小企业作为市场经济的重要主体,更需要科学的财务战略管理,企业财务战略管理作为企业管理的一个重要方面,对企业的可持续发展起着重要的作用.本文对中小企业可持续发展的财务战略管理提出了管理措施,实现中小企业持续、健康、稳定的发展.

| Abstract: | With the constant improvement of the structure of economic and institutional framework in China and the constant expanding of the global economy,the importance of the financial strategy management in the medium and small enterprises becomes increasingly apparent.How to achieve the sustainable development in medium and small enterprises have become concerns of society.As the important main body of market economy,the medium and small enterprises require scientific financial strategy management.The financial strategy management is an important aspect in corporate management and has an important effect on the sustainable development in enterprises.The article raises the financial strategy management measures for the medium and small enterprises and the sustainable,healthy and stable developments in the medium and small enterprises are achieved. |
