| 摘 要： | 通过分析酒店英语中的言语交际行为,在酒店这一有着特定交际目的的言语区域,从态度、人称、拒绝原则、礼貌原则几个方面说明遵守会话原则,善用会话技巧与策略对成功的会话所产生的影响。
