| 摘 要： | 并列题名是"题名与责任说明项"的重要组成部分。文章明确了并列题名的认定标准和依据,并通过对并列题名内涵和外延的分析,指出了当前认定并列题名过程中存在的问题。为尽量减少对并列题名认定的干扰,文章还提出了"代并列题名"的概念。
