| 摘 要： | 本文介绍汽车快修业产生的背景,提出完整的汽车维修技术资料、先进的汽车检测诊断设备是汽车快修的基础,高素质技术工人是汽车快修的关键;阐述了汽车快修企业必须实行连锁经营模式;最后介绍汽车快修业需正确处理好自营连锁、自愿连锁与加盟连锁的关系,处理好数量扩张与稳定经营之间的关系。

| Abstract: | The author introduces the producting background of the automobile rapid repair industry.Puts forward the first class technical materials of the automobiles.The refined and advanced automobile diagnosing and testing equipment is the basis of the automibile rapid repair,while the mechanics with high diathesis will be the key points.The article dicates that the enterprises should take chain-management model.And finally,the author introduces the accurate connection among the independent managing chain,voluntary chain and leaguing chain.At the same time,we should also deal with the relationship between the amount extension and the steady meanagement well. |
