| Abstract: | Firstly, the paper introduces the concept of embeddedness theory, expatiates the relationship between embeddedness theory and informantion science and its reference value to informaion science. Then, the paper discusses the enlightments of the embeddedness theory to the information issues, such as information science research, information brain drain and information acquisition. |
