| 摘 要： | 办公室既是学院领导的参谋部,也是代表学院外在形象的一个重要部门。基于它的重要性,我院办公室从建章立制、队伍建设、提高工效和增强服务意识"四个切入点"去打造队伍、提升办公效能,为办公室工作迈上新台阶,构建和谐校园打下良好基础。

| Abstract: | The Administrative Office is not only the adviser center for university leaders, but also an important department to display positive image to outsiders. In view of its importance, we should train our team well and improve working efficiency from "Four Emphases", namely establishing regulations, constructing team, improving effectiveness and strengthening service awareness, with which we can have a good foundation to perfect the office work and build a harmonious campus. |
