论英语专业学困生自我效能感的培养

摘    要:专业外语学困生智力正常,但在外语听、说、读、写、译某几个或所有方面学习效果欠佳,自卑、厌学。外语学习过程中,学习者个人的非智力因素在相当程度上影响学习效果,如自我效能信念。它通过影响人的选择过程、认知过程、动机过程和情感过程调节着人的活动。根据学困生的心理特征与外语教学的特点,培养学困生的自我效能感,有望帮助他们建立信心,提高学习效率。

Abstract:Academically poor English majors are intelligently normal,but poor in individual language skills as listening,speaking,reading,writing and translating.In the process of foreign language learning,learner's non-intelligence factors as self-efficacy play a substantial part.Self-efficacy influences learner's behavior through the choosing,cognitive,motive and emotional process.Due to the psychological features of academically poor English majors and the traits of foreign language teaching,it's promising to enhance their learning efficiency by means of cultivating the high self-efficacy.
