| 摘 要： | 发展观可以从历史、哲学、时代变革等多个角度进行思考和分析。邓小平对发展问题有较多的论述,提出了一系列重要观点。科学发展观在继承邓小平的发展观的基础上,对发展问题作了科学的阐述,跃上了一个新的理论高度,具有更强的实践指导意义,对推动我国当前和今后一段长时间的社会主义建设和发展具有积极的促进作用。

| Abstract: | Understanding and analysis of the development idea can be done from the aspects of history, philosophy and the reformation of the time. Comrade Deng Xiaoping had a lot of dissertations of the issue of development and put forward a series of important ideas. The scientific development idea, on the basis of inheriting Deng Xiaoping' s theory, makes scientific expatiation of the issue of development and has reached new theoretic level. It is of more practical guiding significance and of active effects to the present and the future socialism construction and development of our country. |
