| Abstract: | University instructors are the immediate personnels in the management of students and the backbones in the ideological work. The training of their psychological quality is an inevitable requirement for the development of the work of instructors in the new era, the urgent demand of the enhancement of the mental education and the need of the education of the students as well as the instructors themselves. |
