师范院校要强化学生的教师角色教育

摘    要:角色是个人在一定社会关系中占有的地位及其规定的行为模式,反映了社会对个体的期望和要求,是心理素质的深层结构.师范院校学生的教师角色意识,来源于学校的教师角色教育.对学生进行角色教育,一是靠学校的领导和教师的教育思想,靠学校全面教化作用和价值引导,二是靠学生自己的积极内化和自我构建.在市场经济条件下,学生首先要树立正确的价值观,摆正个人与社会,贡献与索取的关系.有当教师和当好教师的意向,才能将社会期望转化为个人的需要,提前进入角色.

Abstract:Role is one's status and behavior mode in a certain social relations. It reflects social expectancy and necessity to person . Role is the deeper structure of psychological quality. The perceptions of the professional role of the students come from teacher role education at school. There are some ways for student on role education. First, it depends on school leadership and teachers' educational thought and every aspect of school activity and the value guidance. Second, it depends on the internalization of students themselves and self-construction. On the market economy, only if students have gotten correct view on value, balanced the relations between person and society, between contributions and claim, and he has the willingness to be a teacher and to be a better one, it is possible for him to change social expectancy to personal necessity, then to be in the role.
