| Abstract: | Fixed thinking mode is that people employ a certain fixed mode to analyze and solve problems.Its basic characteristics include objectiveness and stability,model-like and automation,and having great inertia and being easy to spread.The authors analyze both the positive and negative influences of fixed thinking on the editorial work,and conclude that all editors should make best use of the advantages of this thinking mode and avoid its disadvantages. |
