| 摘 要： | 对集群知识系统运行环境的构成提出了一种新观点，认为集群知识系统的运行环境由本地环境和全球环境构成，其中，本地环境可以进一步细分为技术-经济环境、社会-文化环境和知识-能力环境；对上述每一类“亚环境”进行了深入分析；提出了集群知识系统运行环境的优化对策．

| Abstract: | It proposes that the environment of corporate cluster's knowledge systems is consist of the local and global environment,and further analyzes the three subsystems,technical-economic environment,social-cultural environment and knowledge-competence environment.Finally,it puts forward the relevant policies for improving the environment,which will promote the competence of the corporate clusters. |
