| 摘 要： | 蚕蛹化学成分复杂，蛋白质含量高，油脂含量也相当丰富，其中不饱和脂肪酸占油脂的70％以上，另外还有一定数量的多种微量元素（如K,Na,Ca,Mg,P,Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu等）及少量粗纤维，几丁质，维生素（如VB1，VB2，Vpp)等，是一种经济价值和开发价值较高的自然资源。蚕蛹的药理作用也相当广泛，有保护肝脏，促进生长，提高免疫力，降低血压和血糖，抗癌治癌等功效，是一种很好的药用材料。本文对几年来蚕蛹在医学领域中的开发利用情况作一概括介绍。

| Abstract: | The chemical constitutions of silkworm pupa are complicated. The protein content of the pupa is high and the oil content of the pupa is abundant. The instauration fatty acid holds more than 70 percent of the oil. It also contains a certain quantity of trace elements (such as K,Na,Ca,Mg,P,Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu and so on) and a little crude fiber ,chitin and vitamin (V B1 ,V B2 ,V pp ) ,etc. So silkworm pupa is a natural resource full of economic and exploited values. There are many pharmacological functions of silkworm pupa. It has such functions as protecting liver, promoting growth, improving the ability of immunity, decreasing blood pressure and blood sugar, resisting and curing cancer and so on. It can be used to prevent and cure many diseases. The application of silkworm pupa in medical science is summarized in this article. |
