| 摘 要： | 近年来,企业之间的关系由单纯的竞争转向竞争合作,这种转变对企业的技术创新产生了深刻的影响,也影响了企业对技术创新机会的识别、利用。企业之间的合作可以提高企业对技术创新机会的识别和利用,但竞争关系的存在也导致了企业合作中存在机会主义倾向和道德风险,进而对企业创新机会的识别和利用产生负面的影响。企业必须采取相应的对策进行控制,以提高合作的成功率。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the relationship among enterprises has changed to the competition and cooperation from pure competition.Such changes have affected enterprises’technological innovation deeply.This paper discusses the influence of the cooperation among enterprises on technological innovation opportunities.The cooperation among enterprises can improve the ability of enterprises to recognize and use technological innovation opportunities.But the existence of competition among enterprises lead to opportunism and moral risks,and thus produce negative influence on enterprises innovation opportunity recognition and using.Companies must adopt corresponding strategies to control the negative influence in order to improve cooperation. |
