| 摘 要： | 单科性院校盲目开设专业属性以外的新增专业,试图升格为综合性大学,这种追求大而全的做法,使其陷入同质化发展的困境,也降低了人才培养的质量。单科性院校开设新增专业时应在认清自身优势与劣势的基础上,重新合理定位,既保持优势学科特色,又实现学校内涵式发展。

| Abstract: | Some single-discipline colleges blindly start new majors in addition to the existing ones to upgrade themselves to comprehensive universities.The seek of big and complete involves them in the trouble of following suit,and at the same time,decreases the quality of personnel.Therefore,in starting new majors,single-discipline colleges should clearly recognize their own strengthens and weaknesses,set a proper goal so as to both maintain their superiority in some disciplines,and achieve schools＇ development. |
