| 摘 要： | 新型工业化道路需要扣谐建国，即在国家的统筹规划下的技术与工程的双向建构。笔者从三个方面对这一问题予以说明，一是和谐建国是技术与工程建设的根本方向，即技术与工程在工业化发展进程中的相互联系、相互作用，消解矛盾，达到扣谐发展；二是技术的工程化，即从技术扣谐的角度看工程。工程之为技术的载体展示了技术的工程化；三是工程的技术化，即从工程扣谐的角度看技术，工程日益成为技术性的工程。

| Abstract: | The new industrialization road requires the harmonious construction of our country, that is, the two - way construction of technology and engineering under overall national coordinating planning. The paper elaborates it from three aspects. Firstly, constructing harmonious country is the basic direction of technology and engineering construction, that is, in the process of industrialization, technology and engineering relate to each other and interact between each other so as to eliminate differences and to develop harmoniously. The purpose is to eliminate controversies so as to realize harmonious development. Secondly, engineering of technology, that is, to examine engineering from the perspective of technological harmony, for as the carrier of technology, engineering displays the engineering of technology. Thirdly, technicalization of engineering, that is, to examine technology from the perspective of harmonious engineering. Engineering gradually becomes technological engineering. |
