| 摘 要： | 近几年，尤其是自1999年高校大规模扩招之后，我国职业技术教育的发展遇到了前所未有的困难。本文在分析了台湾职业技术教育改革与发展的情况后，指出祖国犬陆职教发展举步维艰的根本原因在于终结性的职教模式和人民群众接受更多更高层次教育的愿望相悖，从而导致家长、学生对职业教育的需求严重不足。在此基础上，提出了职教改革的思路构建一个与普通教育相互衔接的、其内部相对完整的、与终身教育有机统一的开放的职业技术教育体系。并提出了具体的改革措施建议。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the reform and develop ment of VTE in Taiwan,the writer points out :the prime reason that VTE is on the decline on our main land consists in the terminal pattern of VTE.We should set up an open system of VTE,which includes middle VTE and higher VTE.The ed ucational system is linked up with the general educational system and is one part of the permanent ed ucation al system. |
