| 摘 要： | 实验教学队伍担负着高等学校培养学生实践能力和创新精神的重任。随着实践教学改革的深入，实验教学队伍建设的滞后性日益凸显。本文阐述高校在实施质量工程背景下，加强实践教学队伍建设的必要性和紧迫性以及建设的具体举措。

| Abstract: | In colleges, the experimental teaehers take upon role for cultivating academician with practial ablity and inaugurator spirit. But it lagged increasingly aggravate follow the reforming development at practical teaching. The paper advanse some measures for strengthening the experimental teachers under earring out quality project, base on expounding the need and pressure for strengthening and constructing expriment teachers. |
