| 摘 要： | 本文列举了研究生扩招后其教育和改革面临的主要问题，比如培齐模式，导师队伍质量和研究生个人质量的问题，同时结合生命学科的现状，针对性地提出一些改革建议，以求解决问题．从而达到提高研究生培养质量的目标。
