| Abstract: | The scientific outlook on development is People-oriented,comprehensive, coordinated and sustain-able, and it is the new development of CCP of guiding ideology of the socialist modernization, it also has a positive and profound significance on the reform and development of institutions of university. Ideological and political work of university should establish the work of people-oriented concept, in-depth implementation of the scientific outlook of development, strengthening and improving ideological and political work, innovative the way of work, raise the level of work to promote comprehensive development of students, for the country to train high-quality talent. |
