| 摘 要： | 在历史的发展演进中,每一件事都会产生对当时的意义和对后世的影响。通常,两者又有很大的反差。个中原因,时代的发展、社会的进步,一再要求人们按照新的标准去审定历史事件的内在价值。本文所涉及的《非战公约》,从巴黎草签时的一纸空文到纽伦堡审判时高悬于法西斯头上的达摩克斯之剑,再到构筑整个国际法体系的重要基石,就生动的折射出一种沧海桑田式的历史变幻。

| Abstract: | In the course of history,every event will exert its influence on the past and the present.The reason is that the society's progress requires us to re-examine the inherent value of a historical event by a new criterion.The Anti-War Law experiences a change from the mere scrap of paper to a fatal weapon,even to the major foundation of international law's system.In fact,these changes reflect the change of the times. |
