| 摘 要： | 素质教育的推行要求体育教师具备更高的素质,为此体育教师必需从政治道德素质、知识素质、能力素质、身体素质和心理素质这几个方面来提高自身的素质。本文提出体育教师应具备的素质结构及其培养模式。
