| 摘 要： | 科研组织与企业似乎是两种不同性质的社会建制,但是,在市场机制的作用下,出现了整合与分离两种不同的趋势,其标志是作为二者中间形态的研发公司的出现。由社会分工带来的运行成本和收益上的差异是二者出现整合与分离的直接原因。成本、收益和不确定因素是出现整合的边界条件。
