| 摘 要： | 潘光旦是现代中国人才研究的代表性人物,在人才学史上是一座高峰,有重要的学术影响。他有明确的人才研究意识,也有持续的人才研究行动,写作了不少人才研究论著,提出了原料、培养、出路、维持四者构成的人才问题框架,形成了"选择—分布"的宏观人才理论和"遗传定程度、环境定方向"的微观人才理论,并基于"人文生物学"的视角,从民族振兴和演化竞争的角度出发,针对解决当时中国人才消竭、缺乏等问题,提出了优生、教育、甄别等对策。他运用家谱、图示、比较等实证方法对艺术人才、地方人才等对象开展了深入研究,强调了遗传在人才形成中的作用。当然,他过于强调遗传对人才的作用,也有其局限和片面性。

| Abstract: | Pan Guangdan is a representative figure of talent studies in modern China,whose study is a peak in the history of talent studies and has important academic influence.He not only has a clear sense of talent studies,but also has continuous actions of talent studies.He has written many works on talent studies,put forward a theoretical framework of talent problems consisting of human resources,cultivation,outlet and maintenance,and formed the macro talent theory“selection&distribution”and the micro talent theory in which“heredity determines the degree and environment determines the direction”.Based on“humanistic biology”,he makes suggestions of eugenic birth,education,selection to solve the problems of depletion and shortage of talents in China from the perspectives of national rejuvenation and evolutionary competition.By using the empirical methods of genealogy,illustration and comparison,he has done in-depth research on artistic talents and local talents,and emphasized the role of heredity in the formation of talents.As a matter of fact,he overemphasizes the role of heredity in the formation of talents,which also has its limitations and one-sidedness. |
