| 摘 要： | 人社部在《关于深入推进国家高技能人才振兴计划的通知》中指出:"培养造就一大批具有高超技艺、精湛技能和工匠精神的高技能人才,稳步提升我国产业工人队伍的整体素质"。高职院校是培养后备高技能人才的主要阵地,高技能人才的成长规律、影响因素、高职院校高技能人才培养绩效影响因素等都说明高职院校是高技能人才"打底"的主阵地,可以为高职学生成长为高技能人才构建"1234"打底工程,从而为高职学生成长为高技能人才打下扎实思想基础、能力基础、意志品质基础。

| Abstract: | The MOHRSS points out in"Notice on Further Promoting the National High-skilled Talent Revitalization Plan"that it is necessary to"cultivate a large number of highly skilled talents with superb skills and craftsmanship,and steadily improve the overall quality of China's industrial workers".Higher vocational colleges are the main position to cultivate reserve high-skilled talents,because of the growth pattern and influencing factors of high-skilled talents,and the factors influencing the performance of high-skilled talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.They can establish a"foundation"project for higher vocational students to become high-skilled talents from ideology,ability and will. |
