| 摘 要： | 为了完善小组社会工作课程体系,培养高质量的社会工作人才。本研究尝试将积极心理学中的相关理念和方案应用到小组工作课程教学中。通过相关概念解析、必要性分析、课程内容、教学评价体系等几个方面介绍该课程。结果表明该课程教学改革在学生主动学习、学生积极心理品质、教师教学素养提升等方面取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the course system of group social work and cultivate high-quality social work talents.This study attempts to apply the relevant concepts and programs of positive psychology to the teaching of the group work course.This paper introduces the course in terms of relevant concept analysis,necessity analysis,course content,teaching evaluation system,etc.The results show that the teaching reform of the course has achieved good results in the aspects of students'active learning,students'positive psychological quality and teachers'teaching quality improvement. |
