| 摘 要： | 日新月异的数字网络发展环境下,"互联网+"逐渐主导了新时代创新创业的主旋律。在动荡复杂的创业环境影响下,创业成功的关键不仅在于创业行动和行为模式,更在于创业者卓而不群的创业认知能力以及与环境动态互动的心智模式。本文以创业心智为研究视角,通过202份针对网络创业大学生的有效问卷,使用主成分分析和相关分析,来讨论创业心智对网络创业行为的影响。数字时代创业更加强调创业者通过持续性训练和完善的创业知识结构形成独特的创业心智模式,动态地自我调节(创业态度与效能感)、正确地判断问题(创业认知能力)、灵活地解决问题(创业行动能力),建议学校及政府针对性进行引导、鼓励创业。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the digital network,"Internet+"gradually dominates the theme of innovation and entrepreneurship in the new era.Under the influence of the turbulent and complicated entrepreneurial environment,the key to successful entrepreneurship is not only entrepreneurial actions and behavior patterns,but also the outstanding entrepreneurial cognition ability of entrepreneurs and the mental model of dynamic interaction with the environment.From the perspective of research on entrepreneurship,this paper uses 202 effective questionnaires for college students on online entrepreneurship,and uses principal component analysis and related analysis to discuss the impact of entrepreneurship on online entrepreneurial behavior.Entrepreneurship in the digital age emphasizes that entrepreneurs form unique entrepreneurial mental models through continuous training and a sound entrepreneurial knowledge structure,dynamically adjust themselves(enterprise attitude and efficacy),correctly judge issues(enterprise cognition ability),and flexibly solve problems(entrepreneurial action ability).It is recommended that schools and the government take targeted measures to guide and encourage entrepreneurship. |
