| 摘 要： | 知识管理一个重要方面是知识转移，知识转移的核心内容是知识重用，即一个实体可以定位和使用共享的知识。用于根本性创新的重用是创新者创造一个新产品或服务时，对现存的各种观念的充分利用。理解这些综合知识如何被创造的关键是确定有利于研究和重用的方法。本文对国外关于知识重用的研究进行了简单评述，并主要介绍了其最新进展，即KRI（Knowledge Reuse for Innovation。用于创新的知识重用）模型。

| Abstract: | knowledge transfer is an important part of knowledge management,Its key is knowledge reuse, which means one entity can locate and use shared knowledge. Reuse of radical innovation is the exploitation of existing diverse ideas when innovator creating a new product or service. The key to understanding how these combinations of knowledge are created is identifying ways to facilitate research and reuse. This article chiefly reviewed the foreign study on knowledge reuse, and mainly introduced its new fruit called KRI. |
