| 摘 要： | 高职院校的师资队伍决定着高职院校的办学质量。文章在对26所高职院校进行抽样调查、对62所高职院校进行资料统计的基础上,分析了河南省高等职业教育师资队伍的现状,找出了存在的问题及其成因,提出了相应的解决对策和建议。
