摘    要:"校校通""班班通"工程的实施,实现信息化带动教育的现代化,为基础教育跨越式发展提供了良好的硬件环境,可要在中小学普及信息技术教育,还需要大量高素质的,掌握以现代教育理论和信息技术为核心知识的信息技术教师。通过分析信息化环境下对信息技术教师的要求,提出四位一体的培养模式,构建多元化的信息技术教师培养模式,在师范院校有一定的推广意义。

Abstract:The project that made network be linked in every school and class, which been called school to school, class to class project in China, this project achieves the informatization drives the modernization in education and provides a good the hardware environment for the basic education gets great-leap-forward development, however, information technology education needs a lot of skilled teachers who are master modern education theory and information technology. This thesis analyses the requisitions to teachers under the informatization environment and provides quaternity-training mode for information teachers in normal schools, anyhow, this must be have Extension of meaning in such schools.
