| 摘 要： | 新一轮的基础教育课程改革对教师素质提出了全方位的新要求,教师专业化水平亟待提高。高师院校教师教育的人才培养模式也必须随之发生变化。高师院校只有和基础教育改革接轨,更新人才培养模式,课程设置与教学内容创新,改革教学方法和教学手段,实施培养过程一体化,才能适应日趋深入的基础教育改革的需要。

| Abstract: | The new curricula reform on basic education requires overall demands to teachers quality, that is; teachers'sPe-cialized level must be Perfected on a necessary extent. And there is a necessity to have a following change for the talent training mode in higher normal education system. Only in this way to combine higher education colleges with the reform on basic education together, renovate the mode of talent training, innovate the curricula Programs and teaching contents, reform the teaching ways and teaching aPProaches, carry on the integration of training Process can the reform on basic education meet with its final aims steP by steP. |
