| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the reason for modern Chinese abbreviations' occurrence,the article summarizes the types of structure,describes emphatically the basic and appended rhetorical functions of modern Chinese abbreviations from the rhetoric angle,and aims at helping people to better understand the usage of modern Chinese abbreviations and their rhetorical functions. |
