| 摘 要： | 随着我国肥胖人口的急剧增加,各种减肥产品应运而生,但其效果和安全性如何不得而知。迄今为止,我国食品药品管理局还没有出台检查减肥产品安全性和有效性的标准化指标。本文试图对国内、外广泛使用的减肥产品,根据其减肥机制进行分类总结,探讨其减肥效果和使用安全性。结果表明,到目前为止还没有一个强有力的科学证据表明某个减肥产品在一定时间内使体重明显减轻,并且市场上的很多减肥产品会影响人体的健康状态。因此,对减肥人群来讲,应更理性地去选择有助于减肥的方式、方法,而不是盲目选择减肥产品而达到减肥目的。

| Abstract: | With the rapid increase of obese population in China , a variety of weight -losing products has been produced, but we can’t estimate the effect and safety of them .So far, the State Food and Drug Administration of China haven’t put forward the standardized index about checking the safety and effect of weight -losing products. This paper discusses the weight -losing products which are widely used both at home and abroad , classifies and summarizes them according to the weight loss mechanism , then analyzes the effect and safety of them .The results show that up to now, there isn’t strong scientific evidence can prove that some weight -losing products make the weight loss obviously in a period of time , and many weight -losing products on the market will affect people ’ s health state .So, in terms of obese people , they should choose the way of losing weight more reasoningly , instead of choosing weight -losing products blindly to lose weight . |
