心理技能训练在普通高校公共体育跳高教学的运用研究

摘    要:本文主要运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,以郑州师范学院2013级公共体育跳高教学为研究对象,对心理技能训练在高校公共体育跳高教学的运用进行研究,结果表明:心理技能训练中目标设置法、运动表象法及自我暗示法对公共体育跳高教学动作技能的形成具有很好的促进作用,有利于教学效果的提高。

Application of Psychological Training in College Public High Jump Teaching in Ordinary Universities

Abstract:Through using the method of literature review, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, taking the public high jump teaching of Grade 2013 in Zheugzhou Normal University as research subject, this paper makes a- nalysis on application of psychological training in college public high jump teaching. The result shows that the goal setting, motion imagery and autosuggestion of psychological skills have a very good role in promoting the formation of public sports high jump teaching skill. It is benefit to improve the teaching effect.
