| 摘 要： | 本文从全日制体育硕士研究生专业学位设立的背景出发,探讨了实施双导师制的必要性,进而分析了实施双导师制的可行性,并就实施双导师制需注意的几个问题进行了深入研究,以期为新生的全日制体育类专业型硕士研究生的培养提供理论借鉴,从而培养出符合国家培养目的和社会需求的应用型高学历体育人才。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the necessity of implementing double tutorial system in base of the background of establishing full - time sports graduate professional degree, analyzed the feasibility of implementing double tutorial system, and discussed several issues which were paid attention in the course of implementing double tutorial sys- tem deeply in order to provide a theoretical reference for the new full - time sports professional master postgraduate training, and cultivate the application type of highly educated sports talents in line with national objectives and so- cial needs. |
