| 摘 要： | 近年来,韵律活动在社会上越来越普遍,各年龄层的人对韵律活动都有着很大的热情。为了有效地促进课堂教学水平,体育教师越来越重视韵律教学并把它带入体育课堂。现在它基本已经被运用在所有的体育教学中。实践证明韵律教学也可以陶冶学生情操,提高学生的学习兴趣,使体育课堂充满轻松愉快的氛围。体育教学应该结合大学生的年龄,考虑学生的性格特点,从实际情况出发,在体育教学中合理的运用韵律教学的方法,促进学生生动活泼,既能接受知识又使学生在课堂上享受到轻松愉快的氛围。

| Abstract: | In recent years, rhythmic activity is more and more common in society , the people of all ages has a great enthusiasm for rhythm activity .In order to effectively promote classroom teaching level , physical education teachers pay more attention to rhythm and put it into the sports classroom teaching .Now it has been used in all the sports teaching.Practice also proved to the rhythm of teaching also can edify students ’ sentiment, improve the students’ interest in learning, make the sports classroom full of relaxed and happy atmosphere .Sports teaching should be combined with the age of college students consider the students ’ personality characteristics , starting from the actual situation , the proper use of rhythm in the physical education teaching method , promote students , lively both can accept knowledge and make students enjoy the relaxed happy atmosphere in the classroom . |
