| 摘 要： | 宁波市在 2 0 0 1年启动了以 3 2所中学为试点的校本培训工程 ,目前尚属探索试验阶段。深入推进我市校本培训工作 ,要进一步解决好观念认识问题和管理机制问题 ,即要在整个教师培训框架中正确定位校本培训 ;在强化“校本管理”的实践中建立有效的运行机制 ;在组织开展校本培训深入系统的研究中加强规划指导与管理 ;在主动介入校本培训实践中与培训学校建立密切的合作伙伴关系。

| Abstract: | To further develop teacher training program in Ningbo, the consciousness of the people concerned should be enhanced and a more efficient management mechanism should be established. In particular, a correct position should be located in the framework of the whole training program; an effective functional system should be set up in the practice of consolidating school-based management; the direction and management work should be strengthened in the thorough and systematic research of organizing and developing school-based teacher training program; a working partnership should be set up with the training schools when participating in school-based teacher training program. |
