| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查及访谈法，从基地建设的动因与分布、政策思路、资金投入、规模认识等方面，分析河南省竞技体育后备人才基地建设的现状。据此，提出对策：合理分配资金，制定后备人才输送、参赛、交流的有关政策，基地的检查、评估与调整，加强基地的管理等。建议建设优势、重点项目，积极挖掘潜优项目．改变基地资金拨付方式。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of literature, questionnaire and interview, it analyzed the condition of the construction of competitive sports reserve talent bases in Henan province from the aspects of the cause and distribution of bases construction, the thought of policies, investment of fund, the understanding of scale etc., and accordingly did research on countermoves, i.e. reasonably distributing fund, formulating the relevant policies for transportation, participation in competitions and exchange of reserve talent, strengthening the management of bases and so on. It proposes priority events, lapping the events with potential advantage and inspection, evaluation and adjustment of bases, laying stress on the development of advantage and changing the ways of appropriating fund. |
