| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法对北京市竞技体校、业余训练队和俱乐部的809名青少年进行施测,以了解北京市青少年运动友谊质量的现状,考察青少年运动友谊质量的特征,为青少年在运动中建立和加深友谊提供帮助。主要结论:使用独立样本T检验的结果表明,女生的友谊质量整体高于男生(P<0.001);初中生的友谊质量优于高中生(P<0.05);集体运动项目能使人获得更大的运动愉悦(P<0.05);有级别的运动员友谊质量好于无级别的运动员(P<0.05)。建议:希望体育教师和体育教练充分认识到青少年运动友谊的特征与区别,开展有针对性的教育与教学。

| Abstract: | This study tests 809 teenagers from Beijing Sports School, amateur training team and clubs with the method of questionnaire to understand the present situation of Beijing adolescent sports friendship quality, and pro- vide support for the friendship development in sports. There are four main conclusions in this study： by using inde- pendent T - test, this study finds the friendship quality of girl students is better than boys （ P 〈 0. 001 } ; junior school students are superior in friendship quality than senior high school students P 〈 0. 05 } ; group sports would improve mood better （ P 〈 O. 05 ） ; friendship quality of athletes with levels is better than athletes without level （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Suggestions ： P.E. teachers and coaches should understand the characters of adolescent sports friend- ships, and carry out targeted educating and teaching. |
