| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、特尔菲法、数理统计法等研究方法,抽取上海市15所二线队的重点中学进行了调查研究,从中发现实行"体教结合"的重点中学二线运动队在一定程度上取得了成功,但在运动训练工作、学生训练效果、学生学习效果等方面还存在一定的问题.针对这些问题,综合运用相关理论,进行分析与研究并提出相对的策略,为提高上海市重点中学培养竞技体育后备人才的质量提供参考.

| Abstract: | 15 second- level sports teams combination of training and learning form key middle schools in Shanghai took part in this study. The second- level sports teams in key middle school of Shanghai made successive in certain degree. Based on documentary, questionnaire, investigation, interview, Delphi Method, statistics, the authors made an analysis and suggestions on management of teaching, trainer of teaching, teaching program, training and studying, evaluation system, encouragement policy, etc. The results can be used to cultivate high- level athletes in key middle school of Shanghai. |
