从“制造大国”迈向“制造强国”过程中的数控创新人才培养模式研究

摘    要:本文首先从目前我国已成为一个世界"制造大国"的前提出发,论述了我国从"制造大国"走向"制造强国"过程中,数控人才培养的重要地位与意义;从社会实际需求出发,把数控人才划分为数控设计制造人才和数控应用人才两大类,并从社会对人才的要求中,提出了两种"五位一体"数控人才能力培养的模式;从而推出两类人才的知识结构,并由此建立四个平台课程模块.但由于全国各企业所需人才的能力要求不同,各学校的定位、层次、所处地理位置不同,所设置的课程并不相同.因此,各学校可构建不同的教学计划,培养出多种不同类型、不同层次的数控人才,满足我国制造强国对数控人才的需求.

Abstract:Based on the current circumstance that China has already been a large manufacture country,to up-grade the overall strength of the country,the strong manufacture country concept should be made urgently.Therefore,the paper suggests that the referenced enterprise and higher education should focus on the establishment of numerical control flattop system,developing high speed,concise and novo optical,mechanical and electronic integrated device,participating the competition of high end numerical control equipment...
