摘    要:针对后疫情时代教育考试舆情具有的内容敏感性、传播复杂性和事件爆发性3个传播特点,应坚持日常预警、及时回应、公开透明3个原则,具体的应对措施是:1)转变传统思维观念;2)建立舆情分析处置专家智库;3)提高应急处突能力;4)完善人工智能、大数据分析系统;5)提升媒体与公众的传播素养;6)建立教育考试主管部门、各类媒体及社会公众三方协同互动机制。

Abstract:In the post-covid-19 era,the prevention and control of the epidemic has become normal,and the Internet and new media have developed greatly.In this context,new communication characteristics of public opinion in education examinations have emerged,and public opinion response is facing new challenges and risks.Through sorting out a large number of public opinion cases in education during the epidemic prevention and control period,it is believed that public opinion in education examinations has three characteristics of the sensitivity of public opinion content,the complexity of public opinion dissemination,and the explosiveness of public opinion events under the situation of epidemic prevention and control.Public opinion should respond to the principles of daily warning,timely response,openness and transparency.The specific countermeasures are as follows:a)In the examination management organization,traditional thinking and concepts should be changed;b)An expert think tank should be established for public opinion analysis and disposal;c)Public opinion analysis and handling expert think tanks should be established to improve emergency response capabilities;d)The artificial intelligence and big data analysis system should be improved;e)The media and public communication literacy should be promoted;f)A tripartite collaborative interaction mechanism should be established between competent authorities,various media and the public.
